Our story started in 1972, when Jesús Mayoral, with a little capital, managed to get enough equipment and tools to set up a small building company.
At the beginning our work was based on structures only, but soon we constructed our first building on Calle Valencia in Benicarló (Castellón).That was followed by 60 houses in Pedrola (Zaragoza), which were built after the setting up of a well-known multinational corporation in the area and consequently a high demand in construction.
Many buildings contracts followed in towns like Huesca, Teruel and others... until we came back to work in our own region on important projects, especially in Peñíscola.
In 1980, with more experience and recognition, we joined with partners to create our first housing estate, a block of 24 semidetached houses called Covetes. This is where we developed our idea of home design: a natural environment with plenty of green spaces, reliability and roomy interiors. These are the basic qualities which today we attentively adhere to in new projects such as Urbanización Almadén, Luz, Cervera…
Our knowledge, professionalism and mastery in the field of construction and housing estates make us a reliable, serious and competitive company. Developing new technologies, as well as ensuring quality and well- being, are the priorities of the Mayoral family, its architects, technicians and designers.
