ENEA is an innovative project with its own personality, which responds to all kinds of needs, with the permanent objective of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants and blending in with the immediate surroundings.
ENEA offers a total of 37 homes with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, as well as spacious penthouses and duplex penthouses. The building has parking spaces and storage rooms for all the homes, all of which are located on the first floor and basement.
The soft wood tones of the facade accompany the owner to the entrance of the building. A new lobby concept becomes an improvised covered plaza, a transition space between the entrance and the bright central courtyard. This courtyard is the backbone of the circulations, both vertical, through two elevators, and horizontal to the multiple dwellings. The tones used on the facade are maintained inside the homes. The practicality of the materials and the clarity of the finishes emphasize the sensation of freshness and light. The subtlety of the wood in the paving of the rooms extends to the terraces, providing continuity and diluting the interior - exterior line.
AIR CONDITIONING HEAT-CONDITIONING The air conditioning system foreseen in all the dwellings will consist of an outdoor unit integrated in each of the terraces for the production of hot-cold air. The air will be distributed through ducts, supply and return grilles in the living room and bedrooms, allowing for a better temperature, controlled by a general thermostat in the living room.
SANITARY HOT WATER Aerothermia is a renewable energy that takes advantage of the thermal energy existing in the outside air by means of a heat pump and transfers it to the inside of the house to provide sanitary hot water. Through the Aero thermal heat pump, an efficient and sustainable technology that achieves savings in household energy costs and reduces direct CO2 emissions.
KITCHENS The kitchens are equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, heating tower with oven and microwave, induction hob and extractor hood. The linear kitchens will be equipped with a telescopic extractor hood, while the kitchens with peninsula will be complemented with a decorative extractor hood.
